Cancellation before acceptance
The customer may request cancellation before merchant acceptance. If mock/card payment was initiated, refund status is shown in order history.
After acceptance or preparation
- prepared food may be non-refundable once preparation has started
- missing, wrong, or damaged items may trigger a partial refund
- severe delays may trigger credit, refund, or support escalation
- COD is reconciled separately in order history and ledger
Special categories
Flowers, perishables, retail goods, sealed items, restricted products, and scheduled orders may have different rules. RA Delivery displays the applicable rule in checkout and support.
